What does BtMG (drug law) say about Kratom?

Kratom is not listed in the Law on Drugs in Germany and Europe, therefore, can be acquired legally. Inclusion in BtMG has already been discussed, but not yet decided.

Side effects can be minimized due to the responsible use of the powder or not at all.

Acute side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and a noticeable rise in body temperature.
