Terms Of Service

I. General

- All listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
- All product photos on the website are for reference only. Actual products and packaging may slightly vary.
- A full refund or a replacement product is provided when an order is not received.
- Orders may be refunded under certain circumstances. Refunds are given at our own discretion.
- Returns are accepted in exchange for a full refund, however all items must be returned undamaged and in the same condition they were sent.
- Customers must consult their doctor before using any medications to ensure its safety.
- Certified Kratom and its employees bear no liability in connection with any goods purchased from this website.

II. Shipping

All orders are shipped for free using regular (unregistered) mail, which does not allow the packages to be tracked. We also offer an express delivery service for more urgent purchases using EMS courier services. The prices for EMS courier services may vary depending on the size of your order.

If you do not receive your order within 14 business days of its ship date please contact us through e-mail or our Contact Us page.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or any other fees will be charged by your local postal service in the local currency at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Your country’s customs authority can provide you with any information you require regarding the fees you may be liable for. You may ask your local post office about the methods of payment available to you.

III. Return

Certified Kratom will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives in good condition, but this may not always be the case, unfortunately. If you are dissatisfied with your order or if we have made an error, we will refund the full amount of your purchase as well as shipping charges. These errors include orders containing incorrect items, defective medication, or damaged products. If you are unhappy with your order do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or through our Contact Us page.

To ensure the fastest refund please make sure the medication is in its original unopened and unused packaging. As soon as the returned items are received by our office we will provide your refund after inspecting the package to make sure the supplement is unused or has not been tampered with.

IV. Exchange

We are currently unable to process any exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

V. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or through our Contact Us page.

While we cannot promise that your order can be cancelled, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped we cannot edit, modify, or make any other changes.

VI. Backorder

If you order any item that is currently out of stock you will receive an e-mail from our customer service team within 48 hours to confirm if you would like us to hold the order until we receive more of the item or if it should be cancelled. In the meantime, the order will be kept on hold.
